As part of the church redevelopment project, completed in 2014, a rainwater harvesting system was installed for flushing toilets.

The total amount of rainwater rather than tap water used in 2014 was 60,430 litres.

In an average year over 80,000 litres of rainwater is used to flush the toilets, replacing tap water that would otherwise have been used.
